WhatSawa’s platform, powered by WhatsApp Business APIs, enables businesses to manage and analyze messages exchanged with customers. We handle personal data such as names, emails, and phone numbers to deliver our services, ensuring data protection and security.

We collect and use this information for providing services, internal operations, and improving the user experience. Aggregated and de-identified data is used for analytics, while personal data is never used for marketing without consent. We adhere to Meta’s privacy guidelines to ensure data protection.

Messages sent through the Cloud API are stored temporarily and deleted after 30 day.

In the course of providing the Service, WhatSawa may receive, access, analyze, process and maintain Personal Data on behalf of our Customers. Our Customers determine the types of Personal Data that will be collected and used within the Service, how it will be used and disclosed, and how long it will be stored. - Responding to your request for a product demo:

When you request a free demo, we may collect your first and last name, job title, WhatsApp number, business email address, and information about your company. We use this information to contact you and otherwise facilitate your free demo.

- Responding to your inquiries:

11. Location Data:

Information about Your location when accessing and/or using the Website/App if You chose to opt-in. With Your permission, We may collect Global Positioning System (GPS) data and mobile device location information. If You do not wish to share Your precise location with Us, You can switch off location services via the settings on Your mobile device.

12. Contact List and Files:

We shall allow you to upload your existing contact list that contains name, mobile number, email and other data fields to initiate conversations from our Website/App. We collect the information related to your device's audio, video and other rich media files such as PDF documents, and enable you to share rich media files to your customers through our Website/App.

13. Contact Syncing from Mobile App

Our Mobile App has the feature to sync contacts from Mobile through our Application. With your permission, this information is synced within respective account. Users can select which contacts to be synced in app for their use. Mobile app contacts are shown as contacts in app to initiate Chat through cloud API. If you donot wish to sync contacts, you can choose to not select and sync contacts.

In certain circumstances, You have the right to access the personal information that We hold about you and to correct, update, or request deletion your personal information. Prior to the fulfilment of your request concerning your personal information, We will ask you to verify your identity before we can act upon your request.
